Step-by-step guide for parents
The parent portal is where you view your child’s information and stay in touch with the school. There are two separate portals, one for each school — use the one that matches where your child attends.
1. Open the right portal for your child’s school
Senior School (RGS) parents — Details will be emailed shortly.
Prep School parents — Details will be emailed shortly.
If you have children at both the Senior School and the Prep School, you’ll need to sign in to both portals — they’re separate.
Bookmark the portal for your child’s school so it’s one click away next time.
2. Sign in
Sign in with the email address the school holds for you as a parent contact, and your password. If you haven’t set a password yet or have forgotten it, use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page.
3. Find your way around
Once signed in, you’re on the parent portal homepage, with access to areas such as My Information for your child’s details.
