Step-by-step guide for parents
Your child’s timetable lives in the student portal, which they sign in to with their own school account. This short guide shows how your child can open it, and save or print a copy as a PDF.
1. Open the student portal
Open the student portal in a web browser:
Senior School students — https://portals.veracross.eu/rgsg/rgs-students
Prep School students — https://portals.veracross.eu/rgsg/prep-students
Your child should sign in with their rgsg.co.uk account if asked to.
Bookmark the portal in your browser so it’s one click away next time.
2. Click “My Timetable”
At the top of the portal, click the My Timetable link. The timetable opens on the next page.
The My Timetable link runs across the top of the student portal.
3. Save or print the timetable
The timetable is now on screen. From this page you can Save or Print as PDF to keep a copy — handy for printing or saving to a phone.
You can also use the browser’s print option (Ctrl+P on Windows, ⌘P on Mac) and choose Save as PDF as the destination.
